Surprise From Me provides digital products and personalized experiences.

Because each surprise is created specifically for the customer, payments are non-refundable once the personalized surprise has been successfully created and made available.

We do not offer cancellations or refunds after the surprise has been successfully created and made available.

If you experience a duplicate payment or a technical issue where the purchased surprise could not be created or made available, please contact us at support@surprisefromme.com. Such cases will be reviewed individually.

For an approved refund resulting from a verified payment or technical issue, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method. The time for the refunded amount to appear may depend on the payment provider or bank.
