Content Guidelines
Surprise From Me lets you upload your own photos to build a personalized surprise for someone else. These guidelines describe what you can upload and what isn't allowed.
What you can upload
Photos you own or have permission to use, of people who have consented to appear in the surprise you are creating. This is meant for personal surprises shared with someone you know.
Content that isn't allowed
- Content you don't own or don't have permission to use
- Photos of anyone who hasn't consented to appear in them
- Sexually explicit or pornographic content
- Content depicting or involving minors in an inappropriate context
- Hateful, harassing, or threatening content
- Content promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activity
- Impersonation of another person without their consent
- Spam, advertising, or content unrelated to a personal surprise
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, including confirming you have the necessary rights or permissions to use it. Surprise From Me does not review content before it is delivered to the recipient. We do not automatically scan uploaded content before delivery. Content may be acted on when it is reported.
What happens if guidelines are violated
When a surprise is reported, it may be disabled immediately while the report is reviewed. If the content is found to violate these guidelines, we may take further action. See our Terms & Conditions for how reports are handled.
