Surprise From Me is a digital service. No physical products are shipped.
What You Receive
When you create a surprise, you create a personalized digital experience containing the details you choose, such as a recipient name, personal message, photos, and visual theme.
Depending on the options you select, the surprise can either open immediately or begin with a countdown and open at the birthday date and time you choose.
How Delivery Works
After the creation and payment/activation process is successfully completed, you receive a unique surprise link on the confirmation screen.
You can copy the link or share it directly with the intended recipient using the available sharing options.
The recipient does not need an account, email address, or phone number to open the surprise. They only need the surprise link.
When Can the Recipient Open It?
You can choose between two opening options:
Open Immediately
The recipient can open the surprise as soon as the experience becomes active.
Add a Countdown
The surprise remains locked until the birthday date and time you selected.
The recipient sees a countdown and, when the selected time arrives, the surprise opens automatically.
How Long Does It Stay Available?
The surprise remains available for the duration selected when it is created:
- 2 days
- 4 days
- 8 days
The availability period begins when the experience becomes active.
Once the availability period ends, the surprise is no longer available to the recipient.
Expiration ends recipient access. It does not necessarily mean that the underlying information, photos, or other stored content are immediately deleted.
No Physical Shipping
Surprise From Me is entirely digital.
There are:
- no physical products
- no shipping
- no courier delivery
- no shipping charges
Everything is delivered through the digital surprise link.
