Create a personalized surprise with the recipient’s name, your message, and optional photos. Once you’ve finished, you’ll receive a private link that you can share with them so they can open and experience the surprise.
What can I add to my surprise?+
You can personalize the surprise with the recipient’s name, a personal message, and up to 5 photos. You can also choose a style that matches the feeling you want to create.
Do I need to create an account?+
No. You can create a surprise without creating an account. Just add your details, personalize the experience, and create your surprise.
How long does the surprise stay active?+
Your surprise stays available for the duration you choose when creating it. Our current options are 2 days, 4 days, and 8 days. After that, the link expires.
Is my surprise private?+
Your surprise is shared through a unique link. Anyone who has that link can open the experience, so we recommend sharing it only with the person you created it for.
Will the recipient know who sent the surprise?+
You can choose whether to add your name. When you provide it, the recipient can see who created the surprise. You can also leave your name blank if you’d prefer to keep it a mystery.
Is my payment secure?+
Payments are processed through our secure payment provider. Your payment details are handled by the payment system rather than being stored by Surprise From Me.
Can I share the surprise with someone else?+
Yes. You can copy the surprise link or use the available sharing options on your device to send it through apps such as WhatsApp or other supported apps.
What happens when the surprise expires?+
Once the selected duration ends, the surprise is no longer available through its link. The experience simply comes to an end after its chosen time.
What if I lose my management link?+
Your management link is important for accessing your created surprise, so keep it somewhere safe after creating it. If you lose it, recovery options depend on how the surprise was created and the access available for that purchase.
